Even if you're a good volunteer, you still stand a chance of being a little too normal.
When it comes to that certain something in volunteers, we're looking for something a little more extraordinary, something a step above. Something not normal. In Not Normal: Seven Quirks of Incredible Volunteers, Sue Miller and Adam Duckworth talk about ways you can make the most of your volunteering.
And we guarantee you -- you will never volunteer in the same way again. Ever again...!
(but leaders should read it too!)
So, you lead volunteers! You are our favorite kind of leader. You've chosen to lead those amazing "Not Normal" kind of people that we love so much.
But, it can be challenging. We've gotten questions like "How do I keep them enocuraged?," "What's a coaching system and how do I put that in place?," "I want them to replace themselves, but how do I get them to see the value in it?"
Well, you came to the right place -- because all of that quirky information can be found right here in "Leading Not Normal Volunteers."
